Elena energie is a french company developing a shrouded wind turbine with optimised aerodynamics and regulated cross flow.

Much smaller than traditional turbine, Elena significantly increases the overall annual efficiency and range of applications of wind turbines, while reducing noise pollution. Its rational axis can be either horizontal or vertical, allowing a variety of installation configurations. The turbine's energy management system also enables it to be coupled with a number of other energy sources. 

Its main application is the production of electrical energy for individual or collective housing whether or not it is connected to an urban zone or rural zone electrical grid.

Others applications : commercial building, telephony, remote security systems, transport, agriculture, leisure.
